Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were cosy, clean, functional, spacious, and modern all at the same time, plus I was lucky to get a room with a sea view at no extra charge. Tabatha from guest relations was incredibly nice and helpful. However, I did experience some issues like the rooms not being cleaned daily or the coffee pods not being topped up, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel's location is not ideal, being on a steep hill and noisy with a lot of children. The rooms had some unique retro furniture and artwork but lacked heat and hot water. The dining experience offered good quality and a large choice, but the breakfast was not included.
The hotel rooms felt tired and lacked atmosphere, but were equipped with fresh linen. The service, while including great cleaning staff and chefs, had some shortcomings in basic service requirements. The location was a mix of delightful qualities and some inconveniences. The dining experience offered great variety and quality but had room for improvement. The facilities were good overall.
The suite I stayed in was roomy and spacious with a great view, although the panoramic room was just in average style. The hotel's location, being in a steep hill, was ideal for day trips between Malaga and Marbella, but it lacked umbrellas for lounging. The service, especially at the Infinity Pool, was a mix of reception staff more interested in chatting with each other than focusing on customers mixed with wonderfully made cocktails. The dining options were slightly overpriced compared to other Spanish hotels during our Andalucia tour, and the selection was a little expensive. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
